How is this different from pasting notes into a chatbot?
BehaviourBrief combines a standard report structure, explicit gap checks, a reusable plan library, practice styling and a required review step in one workflow.
Who decides the assessment and treatment plan?
The behaviourist. BehaviourBrief organises information you provide; it does not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional judgement. Shared plans need professional review before they are ready to use.
Are consultation notes stored in an account?
The pilot does not save case notes or reports to its database. They stay in the current tab and are lost on refresh unless exported. AI extraction sends submitted notes to the configured AI provider. Remove human identifiers before using that feature.
Can I use recordings or Zoom transcripts?
You can paste a transcript as text today. Direct audio recording, transcription and richer document uploads are planned for a later release.
